Gillian Hudson (STEAM)


Gillian is from London, UK and is a passionate educator and early childhood music education specialist.

She is deeply committed to education, and loves learning and discovering new worlds of interest. In her free time Gillian enjoys playing guitar and ukulele, making toys and crafts, and playing boardgames with her two young daughters.

Gillian’s music classes include: Light vocabulary, dancing, chanting, singing, book reading, playing with instruments






Meilani Takaki (Cultural Performance Arts/ STEAM)


Meilani Takaki is from Honolulu, Hawaii and will be introducing World culture through Performing Arts.            

With over 25 years of dance experience in different genres, Meilani has a strong passion for educating our youth through music, dance and diverse cultural traditions.

Meilani has worked at Tokyo Disneyland for 3 years and is an annual MC & performer for Pokémon festivals as well as a participant in Tahitian competitions. During her free time, Meilani enjoys designing clothes and costumes, trying new foods and restaurants and watching Dragonball. 

Meilani's performance art classes include:
World Culture studies: light vocabulary & geography, dances, music, and customs crafts/games




Maria Custodio (Martial Arts)


Maria is from Philippines. 

She has a third-degree black belt in Taekwondo and has won several national competitions as a teen. She is also a certified Taekwondo instructor in Philippines and have taught classes for kids.  

She is a proud mother of two kids. Her hobbies include reading, dancing and doing sports.

Maria's martial arts classes include: martial arts discipline, kicks and punch, and stretching.

Aisling Cook

(Yoga / STEAM)

Aisling is from Glasgow, Scotland. She is a professional dancer and Pilates & Yoga instructor.

Prior to her move to Japan, Aisling worked as a ballet dancer in London for nearly 10 years, both performing and choreographing extensively. In addition, she has been teaching Pilates, Yoga and dance as well as working in dance education. She enjoys sharing her passion in dance and movement, and is continually developing and evolving her teaching practice.

When not on the mat or in the studio; Aisling enjoys travelling, movies and eating out.

Satomi Takei (Administration)


Satomi is from Fukuoka, Japan. 

She moved to Canada after graduating from a university in Japan and worked as a student counselor at a local NPO. Through her exposure to meeting people with diverse background, she became interested in early bilingual education and teaching.

After returning to Japan, she followed her passion of teaching by obtaining a certification to teach Japanese while working at an international law firm and at Kyushu University. Her hobbies include traveling, eating, and yoga.
