Q1:レッスンのお休み（振替）などはできますか？

お振替できます。教室で開催しているどのクラスにもご参加が可能です。お振替は原則月１回までとさせて頂いておりますが、体調が良くない又はご旅行の予定などもあるかと思いますので、その場合は個別にご相談下さい。なお、レッスンのキャンセルは分かり次第～前日17時までにお知らせ下さい。宜しければHP上の利用規約をあわせてご確認ください。

現在、カリキュラムは木曜日始まりです（木に始まり、同じカリキュラムが翌週水曜日まで続きます）。なお、金曜日１６：３０～１７：４５はアートで内容がSTEAMと重複しない為、同じ週内でのお振替も可能です。各レッスンの時間割はこちらをご覧ください。

Q2:レッスンのお休みはどこで確認すれば良いですか？

当教室のレッスンは3カ月１TERM（冬、春、夏、秋学期）で各TERMのレッスンは11回を予定しております。詳しくはレッスンカレンダーをご覧ください。

Q3:持ち物は何ですか？

水筒、教室でお渡ししているノートとワークブック、おやつ（学童クラスのみ）などをお持ち下さい。

文房具は教室にご用意がありますが、鉛筆、消しゴム、色鉛筆、ハサミなどお持ち頂いても大丈夫です。

なおレッスンでは絵の具や水を使う授業が多いため、汚れても良いお洋服でお越し下さい。

おもちゃ等の持ち込みはご遠慮頂いております。

Q4:フィードバック・面談などについて

個別面談は3カ月に1度を予定しておりますが、気になることがありましたら、いつでもお尋ね下さい。レッスンの合間はあまりお時間がありませんので、宜しければメールでご相談又は不定期の面談設定をお願い致します。

Q1: Can we take a break from lessons or reschedule (make-up) a class?

Yes, make-up lessons are available. Your child is welcome to join any class currently offered at Pixi Academy. As a general guideline, we allow one make-up lesson per month. However, we understand there may be times when your child is unwell or you have travel plans. In such cases, please feel free to contact us directly.

If you need to cancel a lesson, please let us know as soon as possible—ideally by 5:00 PM the day before. For details, please see our Terms of Service on the website.

Our curriculum runs weekly from Thursday to the following Wednesday. On Fridays (4:30 PM–5:45 PM), we offer Art classes that do not overlap with our STEAM curriculum, so make-ups within the same week are also possible. You can view the class schedule here.

Q2: Where can I check the lesson schedule and holidays?

Classes are organized into three-month TERMS (Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall), with 11 lessons per TERM. For specific dates and holidays, please check our lesson calendar.

Q3: What should my child bring to class?

Please bring:

• A water bottle

• The notebook and workbook provided by Pixi Academy

• A snack (for After School classes only)

Basic stationery is available at Pixi Academy, but your child is welcome to bring their own pencils, erasers, colored pencils, or scissors if they prefer.

As many lessons involve paint or water, we recommend clothes that are okay to get a little messy.

We kindly ask that toys or other personal items not be brought to class.

Q4: How does feedback and parent-teacher communication work?

We hold individual parent meetings once every three months. If you have any questions or concerns in the meantime, please feel free to get in touch.

As our teachers have limited time between lessons, we recommend contacting us by email or arranging a separate meeting if needed.
